Poster Presentation Instructions

Posters are displayed Thursday thru Saturday, August 8th-10th and are available for viewing from approximately 6:00 am-5:00 pm, daily.  

Please Note: Poster presenters will need to be available to answer questions before and after the Scientific Program.  Specific times are listed in the Scientific Program.

Poster Preparation Instructions:

1. Please do not make your poster any larger than 6’x 4’ landscape.
2. Push pins will be needed to attach the poster to the poster board.
3. Please bring any handout materials you would like to provide for viewers reference.
4. Poster set-up is scheduled for Wednesday, August 7, 12:00-5:00 pm.  Please have your poster set-up no later than 5:00 pm.
5. Poster tear-down is scheduled for Saturday, August 10 at 4:10 pm.   Posters that are not removed by then will be discarded.
