2024 Venue Change

Dear WOA Members,

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you about a change in the venue for our upcoming WOA Annual Meeting August 7-10. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have moved the event from the VEA in Newport Beach to the beautiful Hyatt in Huntington Beach, just a short distance away.

Here are the key details you need to know:

New Venue: Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa

Dates: August 7-10, 2024

Location Highlights:

1. Surf's Up! - The Hyatt is conveniently located just steps away from the beach and our meeting will overlap with the iconic US Open 2024 Surfing Championship. Immerse yourself in the thrilling atmosphere of world-class surfing right at your doorstep.
2. Family Fun at Disneyland: For our members bringing their families, you'll be delighted to know that the Hyatt is near Disneyland. Extend your stay and create lasting memories with your loved ones in the magical world of Disney.
